I gave 5 stars 2 years ago in this review because service was usually great, ambiance was good and relaxing, scent was there. Now, I'm editing this review, 2 years after. The place has deteriorated a lot. Too dark and not smelling as good. No more relaxing music and no more tea being oI dont know if it was a change in management. But i requested for a foot spa and i dont think the attendant knows how to do it properly. I am getting foot treatments every 2 wks elsewhere, and it just so happen that i wanted to visit this place again. And this was what i had. An attendant who after the scrubbing put lotion and pretended to massage my feet, and didnt even wash off the scrubbing, immediately put on the coloring. Very disappointing. Suggest to the management, if your people didnt come to work, don't accept customers anymore if no one can do the task properly.
