It was my first time to visit this library and it was kind of disappointing. I was trying to finish my report and was so happy to find the book I was looking for. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing as it was supposed to be QUIET but there are ladies (i am not sure if they are parents waiting for their kids) sitting on the couch, their bags everywhere, can barely sit on it since their stuff is on the couch. They are really making noises. At first it was a very loud chit chat, then suddenly two ladies were shouting at each other, making a scene and making the library more uncomfortable to those who are studying. I am not sure if the lady behind the counter is a Librarian but she was just looking at them. I just decided to borrow the book and leave. Library should be maintained and should be a quiet place to read and study, not a place to make TAMBAY at MAGCHISMISAN
