All of their contact numbers are not working! I wanted to have a follow up on the status of my balikbayan box delivery and nothing! no dial tone or if it rang, no answer from them. They dont have mobile number now email address to ask for an update. Im getting worried as there is no other means to reach them and my box is already due. Please assist us asap! thanks!

Terrible service my package sat in the warehouse for one month before being sent to Visayas .. This is the reason why it took 10 weeks for my package to arrive from United States ...Will never use your service again !!

Please pkidilever na po yung pinadala kong box mag 2months na wala pa rin. Sabi after 1month lng within Metro Manila, pero wala.
Ito na yata ang pinaka worse na company ng logistics na na try ko. Mahabang kwento kaya ayoko na i elaborate. But i'm telling you guys, Forex Cainta branch are worst than you can imagine. Even the managers here hndi marunong mag handle ng customer complaints, and customer service here is talagang nakaka dismaya.
