I called the whole day 70 times to be exact, but no one answered. It just kept on ringing and when they want to use the phone, they cut my call and use. Then the line becomes busy.

Don't come here for customer service. If you have any concerns related to your accounts they'll write you off saying they don't have access. They do, but they don't want to spend any effort on you. The only good thing it's for is over the counter transactions. Good luck with that, as there are so many people here.

Service is SO SLOW. Maybe they’re fast but other branches I’ve visited are way way way faster in accommodating customers. Most of the time, there is an empty counter. The staffs don’t work as a team and no sense of urgency. Been visiting this branch for some time since it is close to me but not a single chance I had a convenient transaction here. Better refresh the staffs of find better ways to improve the service

They only have ONE CUSTOMER SERVICE employee and she works so slow. Note that this is during their peak hour. I waited for 2 hours and left. Banks are supposed to be fast and convenient, not a pain in the neck.

This BPI Junction branch is the worst. Let me share my story. I have this KAYA Savings account, but I don’t have the card with me because I gave it to my partner for safe keeping. So I usually visit BPI Infinity and Market branch to transact over-the-counter to get my money if I have excess of 20k, I just usually inform them that I don’t have the card with me, and they just tell me that I need to pay the Php100 fee. One day I went to my friend’s house somewhere in the east, so I decided to just get my money at BPI Junction branch. The teller Sean Revereza asked where my atm card is, I told him it’s not with me, and told him that’s fine if he will charge 100 fee. I was appalled when he told me that I will not get my money over the counter without the card. Holy smoke! he kept telling me that it is their policy, Wow! When I informed him about my multiple transactions over the counter previously with other branches, he told me that maybe the other BPI branches are not aware of that policy. Great! He then referred me to Josephine Ramos to ask for approval, but even that person did not allow me to get my own money. They were blaming other branches for allowing me to transact over the counter without my atm card. I’m planning to inform BSP and the media about this.

My old atm was not given back by the machine and they sent my atm to the main branch of BPi and now my branch said I needed the old one to activate the new atm. Now I have to pay 150 php for no reason bc of this branch not giving my atm atm.

Busy place. Luckily they are very structured and line goes quite fast. Just avoid the rush hours. Early morning is best time to visit them.
