If you come to Cahors, this is a must stop place in the city. You have the opportunity to learn about wine and specially about the wine made in this region; the world famous Malbec. People are kind and can explain everything in English. Tx

Excellent knowledge of each vinyard we tasted. 4 that we are going to visit to purchase wine. Well worth the money to get some knowledge of the wine of the region.

Excellent way to taste wines of the region and very nicely presented. However the whole process is let down by fact that unless you visit the winemakers Chateau in person there is no information as to where you can purchase the wines you taste from local merchants in Cahors. You are not able to purchase direct from this facility. Very difficult for tourists to enjoy wines from Cahors region and purchase more. A current list of local retailers or retailers in the Chateau's area would assist each Chateau represented immensely.
