Nice couple owned restaurant for 20years, the dishes are authentic and tasty, the owner served us herself and the husband is in the kitchen! Great experience and worth to spend a lovely night in this cute restaurant !

The worst experience we had. The staff is rude and condescending. Wine is among the most expensive possible. And I am sorry you cannot call a restaurant gastronomic when the food is \basis\ and served in ikea style plate...not expecting anything but 100 euros for 2... That is close to fraud. But anyway for a tourist trap

The Fleur de Sel Restaurant is small and cozy with lovely decor. The husband and wife team, Philippe and Pascale, solely orchestrate a perfectly delicious and creative French menu. This little restaurant is a true gem! We were fortunate enough to gain our reservation (traveling from the US and with our friends from Switzerland), for with limited space and superb cuisine, early reservations are highly recommended. Our experience was certainly especially memorable!

My wife and I each ordered the \Gourmet\ menu, which is a tasting menu, giving you a breath of tastes from the menu. We started with a delicious cold tomato soup as an amuse bouche, we then had the foie gras which was some of the best I have ever had. We then had the steak which was good, but nothing to write home about and finished with desert which tasted like a fancy creamsicle, I liked it, my wife was disappointed. The wine was very expensive and a bottle of water was 6 euro. If you judge the dinner I would give it a 4 to 4.5 if you judge how much it cost for the dinner I have to give the overall experience a 3 star. Things were just too expensive, the setting was not romantic, but the service was good. In US dollars I spent 190 and I walked away feeling over charged. Yesterday we ate down the block at Restaurant Le Pérousin and spent 163 and felt like I should have tipped the chef because it was so good.

By far the best dinner I have ever had in my entire life. My husband and I had the five course meal, and were pleasantly impressed by each dish. Both the preparation and presentation were excellent. A quiet, intimate spot. I would eat here every night if I could but unfortunately live in California. This is a must if visiting Southern France.

Unbelievable meal here. We’ve been in the south of France for almost two weeks and this has been by far the best meal to date. Could not have asked for better food and service. The staff was extremely accommodating to my wife’s food restrictions. She had an amazing salad and I started with foie gras. We both took the cod, absolutely amazing. Everything was fresh. Such a hidden gem.

The owner she is very charming. Excellent food, pretty place. Choose the wine off the menu otherwise expensive if you leave it to her...
