Went to the site to schedule a birthday party from my phone was treated very rudely by one of the attendants I was told to leave because of my service dog was told that little dogs not trained and poop everywhere can go into the resort but my trained service dog could not enter the possibility I explain to the lady that all I was going to do with the schedule a birthday party and was told to leave

Nice place for family events and swimming.
Very nice resort. 3 pools total of different depths. Nice scenery. Easy sign up. They allow you to bring your own food and drinks but they also have a menu you can order from. Would have given a 5 star but the staff in the lobby was very short and snooty. Staff rarely rounded during the 10hours we were there. Which would be nice since they didn't bother us, but it was hard to get help when we needed it.
The place was all great and clean. But the bathrooms need a little bit of upgrade.
very nice resort !! we spent 1 week here and had a wonderful stay ! service was excellent and all staff members were very friendly. The food was delicious ! top chef quality ! we enjoyed every meal ! ask for a winetasting with Ed ! This guy knows so much about wines ! We loved it ! The diving was also very good and my husband did 6 nice dives and we also recommend the snorkling with whale sharks excursion ! after coming from Bohol where the beach was snow white, soft sandy, we were a little disappointed with the dark rocky beachfront. But we knew it's a vulcano Island so it was not a surprise. Nevertheless, the hotel accommodations such as the spacy very nice rooms, beautiful gardens and spotless poolsides made up for this. I can also recommend the spa treatments ! what a beautiful place. You find yourself in heaven !!! The Watsu treatment from Rae is fantastic and left me with a marvelous feeling afterwards. Thanks again Rae !!
