Really friendly place with a great fish and chip lunch and such a reasonable price. Highly recommend it.

Lovely place to eat with warm staff who are always ready to help. The bar area is a little small and locals don't always move for you to get to the bar. With the addition of sometimes having live music and quiz nights this can be an all pleasing place to visit. The addition of a take away chippy next door is a great touch and allows you to eat your chips in the local park or by the river.
Some what run down,portion size fish and chips are small and expensive ! Covid 19 rules are very slack . Not a place I'd go to again ( sorry )
Lovely grub
Went for lunch today for my husband's birthday as this is where he chose to go we have been many times and as always the food was yummy and the staff always greet you with a friendly smile.
