Love this place. First place to call in Caernafon. Seats outside overlooking the castle and market square. Three floors to the cafe with a bar in the basement selling good selection of local ales. There are also beer and cider taps behind the counter where you order food and bottles of wine, beer, cider and ales in the chilled unit so you can grab a drink with your meal. Extensive menu choices with breakfast available all day and all cooked fresh to order. Staff are always friendly and efficient. Good selection of cakes including gluten free choices. Dogs welcome outside and water and shade provided for them. Order at the counter then food and drink bought to your table.

Unfortunately we arrived too late for lunch but we loved having tea and cakes in this lovely little café. The staff was amazing and very welcoming and the hygiene faultless. Thank you

What a dump, walked in, we asked were the seating was and told upstairs overlooking the caste or downstairs, l asked which was the most popular with a reply upstairs is lighter downstairs more cosy, we chose upstairs which was like sitting in an old classroom (a neglected classroom) from the filthy floor to the filthy table's, bleak is an understatement, with covid going on most places were closed, so we stayed and persevered, l did take a look at the seating downstairs, thinking it might be a little better, it was awful, dark dingy and almost bordering on frightening, needless to say we chose to stay upstairs. The breakfasts came and matched the environment we were in, l only cut into the sausage couldn't face to try it, pale and grey, the toast was the thinest white tasteless possible, bacon poor, hash brown greasy, the only OK on this plate of dissapiontment were the baked beans albeit just fair with lots of grease surrounding them, l left half of my breakfast my partner the same, coffee so so. All in all avoid this place at any cost, the whole experience left a very bad taste with us all day, we couldn't leave quick enough 22 down the drain. Dreadful dreadful dreadful.
