Overall a very positive experience. The sales team were incredibly patient with me while I dithered around over which machine to buy and were very generous with the machine & ingredients package I selected. The engineer was a little bit 'quiet' and I found that I had to ask a lot of questions and was a little apprehensive the first time I used the machine, but had to remind myself that the barista training was only supposed to be 'basic'. I love my machine and religiously carry cleaning it in order to keep it in tip top condition. Thank you Caffe Society.

Caffe Society have provided a fantastic service all the way through the buying process and provided all necessary information required. Installation was quick and our office staff enjoyed the training provided.We have had the machine for a couple of weeks now and the staff and visitors here at Christian Vision are loving the machine.
