The staff at Nero are always very pleasant and we have always found that our coffee has been as we have asked. My husband is a stickler for hot coffee and it is always hot. Thank you for providing a bit of pleasure in these difficult times.

I would not usually leave a bad review but this unfortunately has happened too many times now. The staff is always on the rush and my drinks are never hot enough anymore . They seemed to care more about fulfilling the orders rather than the quality. Taste and double check everything before you leave the store my advise

A very expensive cardboard cup full of something called English breakfast tea with an odd taste to it. If you're going to charge the earth for a cup of tea, then at least get some decent tea in. There are plenty of well known brands on the market.

Went for Afternoon Tea and really enjoyed our time there. Fantastic staff, lovely food and was a very C19 safe environment.

Lovely mocha and pleasant staff, also not full of scum bags like Costa at Seacroft.
