I just ate the Wortner Burger. This is by far the most well constructed burger I have ever eaten. The bun is protected by a layer of lettuce, the onions are sliced very thin, the cheddar is molten onto the beef, and the bacon is crispy. Truly exceptional and delicious.

I loved this place, very warm and cozy. We had 2 sweet breakfast (melangecroissant and melangemarble cake). The cake was delicious! We paid 5,20 each. The waitress treated us kindly and we felt very comfy in here.
We saw this place accidentally, on our way back to hotel on Saturday night. Decided to visit it next evening for a dinner - and oh god, we were lucky: there was a birthday celebration going on, with live music (some semi-schlager repertoire with Italian flavour), lots of happy, cheerful people, sun and great atmosphere. The food was delicious, house wine very good, service quick and immaculate. Which all resulted in us, coming back the next evening. Many thanks and guys, please keep up the great work!

This review is meant only for the Café, as I haven't ever had lunch or dinner in the restaurant. To the café I went several times , mornings and afternoons and I have had good time there. Outdoors by the fountain, is very nice, especially in the springtime with all the flowers. I also found the interior (the smoking room) very comfortable and cozy. The place was luminous and quiet in the mornings, one could read, surf, while sipping at a nice wiener coffee. I never had any issues with the waiters, the service was fast and polite, in fact, I am surprised at the horror stories I read here. The café is dog friendly, as most places in Austria. I would recommend to visit, if you reside nearby or want to try the experience of an old Viennese café, far from the touristic center.
