Best sushi in Boston. Hands down. Yes, they have the standard Americanized fare but it is a much higher quality than you'll find elsewhere. While I can understand playing it safe in a new restaurant, it would be a crime to limit yourself to the salmon avocado roll at Cafe Sushi. Their creativity is something I have only experienced at Michelin Star sushi restaurants so I would recommend that you do yourself a favor and order something you've never had before. Despite the superlative quality and creativity, the prices are comparable to all the other mediocre sushi restaurants in the area.

Great sushi for the price. Went here because my neighbor raved about this place. The ssamjang was an interesting sauce, but some of my friends that like ssamjang did not like it on sushi. I would go again and pick up is easy. Accommodated an octopus allergy. Not the best sushi in Boston but best sushi for the price in Boston while maintaining quality and standards.
This was my first omakase, and oh, it was incredible. I'm going to be dreaming of that mackerel course for a long time. You have to make reservations, and it was 90 apiece for us - I didn't ask about the price in advance, so I've heard some reviews put it as cheaper and it may vary with the night (either way, it's inexpensive compared to many other omakase). The food was fantastic, and the staff explained what everything was as it came out. We are smallish people, and with a scoop of ice cream we were sufficiently but not uncomfortably full.
Really great vegan/veggie sushi options. Summer Vegetable Roll, Vegetable Gyoza, and the Vegetarian Bento Box are all amazing, the rolls specifically are all sauced and flavored incredibly bright and fresh. Definitely will be ordering from here again
A fav place for sushi. A preferred evening place. There was quick and friendly service. This place has an awesome feel to it.
