Service was excellent and the food is delicious forgot to take a picture of the mains too busy stuffing my face. The Asian style chicken dumplings were amazing and the Pork Ramen was fantastic.
I hadn't visited this cafe for a couple of years, WHAT A TURN AROUND! Previously it was managed unprofessionaly while serving low quality food which honestly had put me off returning. The current owners have literally flipped the place on its head! Nicely decorated and welcoming dining area, immaculately clean kitchen, very friendly and polite owners who really couldn't have done more to accommodate us! Very clear and concise methods to be \covid secure\. The food was top quality, cooked to perfection and when I asked for extras mid-meal they were more than happy to return to the kitchen and cook up some fresh extras. Over all, if I could give more than 5 stars I would! Genuinely the best breakfast in Falmouth and I couldn't believe the value for money! The food, atmosphere and owners really are worth returning for!
I think this might be the best breakfast café in Falmouth, UK. I had the full English with spinach, everything was amazing. A proper delicious fry up, fried eggs, sausage, hash browns, smoky bacon, mushrooms, tomato, baked beans The wife had poached eggs, avo and salsa - she said is was the best poached eggs ever! Lovely friendly waiter and chefs. The other customers in the café were having the full English as well and they loved it. Edit: I've been back to Cafe Strand many times since I first wrote the review above. Friday ramen nights are a particular favorite and I often come into the cafe to work on the laptop (they have free WiFi) have a cup of their excellent coffee and cake of the day.
Had a fabulous full English breakfast and a great tasting coffee. Prices fair considering the quality on offer. Very friendly staff. Decor and furniture clean and functional.
