Quality food !
Great coffee and cake but tables not very clean & had to wipe down with a paper napkin. Maybe they'd had a rush of customers that day....
Lovely breakfast staff very accommodating and the customers with their characters was brilliant
I had to knock on the door at 08.07hrs, as they were not open on time! A women opened the door, looked at me like I was a peasant and how dare I expect her to be open on time!. I commented do you not open at 8, she said there abouts! The 2 members of staff then ignored me and starting putting chairs our etc. Both ladies need to go on a customer care course! To say I was not happy is an understatement. With retail being difficult you would think they would cherish their customers. I will not be going to this establishment again, not happy!.
