Had breakfast in this cafe today with my daughter. My breakfast (traditional bacon, egg, sausage, beans, mushrooms, toast) was the best cafe breakfast I've had in years. My daughters omelette, with ham, onion and cheese looked fabulous and she assures me it was (and as she's weight conscious it was cooked with fry lite). Service was 1st class as were standards and friendliness. The price for above food, 1 extra hash brown and hot drinks was 17.00 and worth every penny. We WILL definitely be going back.
Had a lovely brunch\\lunch here today. Went with two classes from college with no advanced notification and were accommodated In the garden. We had a great time, lovely food, great service and reasonably priced. I would recommend Cafe 709 wholeheartedly. Homemade cakes to die for!
Have wanted to try for ages and not disappointed. Excellent service, lovely food and atmosphere. Very enjoyable lunch:)
