Family court along with Cafcass take on false cases from abusive men who chase their victims at court after data breach from councils who reveal their address and serve PSO to women trying to flee domestic abuse without ever reading council report - report says no risk if child is with mother, there is a danger statement about father in childrens services report, yet the court judges ignore the council report issued to them and take on the man's case as a urgent without notice hearing without any evidence of any risk from mother, and get victim mother made homeless at refuge to appear on trial and appoint Cafcass Guardian to mentally torture mothers who are trying to protect themselves and children making concerns about mother's parenting unecessarily without reading Council report that says there are no concerns about mother or her parenting and mother needs to keep herself and child safe from father - weird!

Absolutely dreadful, nothing good to say about my experience at all! It was like I was wasting their time and they had somewhere else to be. I had to chase them up for phonecalls,communication was dreadful and there was no concern for my children at all! Terrible!!

very unprofessional service I've ever met.I was assigned a case worker who had only been with carcass 4 weeks and was still trainning she didn't have a clue what she was doing ,the report she gave was very one sided and biased and she put made up stuff and lies into the report none of my evidence had been put down in my defence which she asked me to email her with ,she even asked my ex who's a drug addicted to promised not to do drugs anymore,that's like asking a drink driver not to drive ! This company calls themselves professionals their a sham and need reporting to the papers the amount of stress they caused my son and me is a joke i tried for two days to reach her to dispute the reoprt she wrote and she hasnt bothered getting back to me after I have left numerous messages .They put the interests of children first ,i think not ,just look at all the bad reviews says a lot really
