DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE MESSED MY VAN UP sent my van here for a noise and they said it was maybe water pump so they changed it under warranty charged them the most highest rate and never did replace the parts now under investigation from warranty company for charging them for parts not fitted and wrong diagnosis. AVOID AND READ OTHER REVIEWS

My starter cable had corrosion on it and my car would wouldn't start the mercanic tried absorts then he thought it could be the cable after doing the all the electrical checks. I will reuse again in the future. They guy was so lovely

Our 30 year old campervan had a problem we called the RAC who came and suggested we have it picked up by recovery and returned to our home. As they were so busy, the campervan would be left in a building overnight which we agreed to and we took a hire car home. The following day our campervan was returned to us with oil/grease on the drivers curtain and seat and an oily handprint on the front of the campervan. RAC will not take any responsibility for this and have said that Gwalia recovery had no reason to get into the vehicle!! I have tried 3 times to get a different outcome, but no, RAC are not budging. Thank you for your service . Never again. If you value your vehicle don't let Gwalia Recovery get their hands on it!
