Great place to see a show not a bad seat in the house

I have seen a few shows here ranging in all sorts of music varieties. All in all I like the venue itself a lot. Issues: 1. Parking has skyrocketed to around 30, and there feels to be a lot of hustling from not legit parking people 2. There is no where to get refills on water.
