Rude people. I called and asked for INDEPENDENT contractors (stressed independent) for concrete runners and porches. I was immediately told unless we purchased here we could not receive their contractor information. I said this was ridiculous because INDEPENDENT are not solely owned by the company and would love the opportunity to make additional money especially during these horrible pandemic times. I was transferred to the person I originally asked for and given 3 numbers to CORPORATE vendors who refused to speak with me as they ONLY do business with the actual lot. Then the general manager called me being a complete smart @ explaining his employees are paid on commission and therefore hold the contractor information close to heart as if it is extremely valuable. I explained his is the only lot in the area who refused thus far to give this information and sent me only to corporate vendors. But his reply was “but you got numbers right?” Your good right? No sir not good I asked for individuals. If you don’t use them simply say you don’t use them, not we won’t give them and then turning into an @. This is not a people or family friendly place.

We started the process in October 2020 they told us it would be ready by Dec. Not only is it still not readyi in Feb 2021 . The management of the Caddo Mills location either want call with updates or flat out LIE about everything . Carmen , is our contact , makes up stuff and lies about everything . The house finally arrived but no one is scheduled to do anything . They are totally incompetent and no one should ever buy anything from them
