I had completed my own research, like most these days, and was prepared when I arrived. The dealership was efficient and made the experience pleasant. Both salesman and Finance were personable and knowledgeable. I would recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience financing a car from the Buick GMC independence location. All the gentleman there were very personable, they were determined to work with me in every way. Deandre Young goes above and beyond his job title and truly makes sure you walk away happy and satisfied. I will be throwing anyone I can his way! He definitely takes the stress out of car shopping!!
Craziest car buying (trying) experience we've ever had! I'll try to condense it. Was told the vehicle (2015 Chrysler Town & country) was available (Friday) and at Cable Dahmer Kia in Lee's summit. Went there, wasn't there. Called Saturday morning 15 minutes after they open. Was told \it sold\. Then we were contacted via email and told it was available, but when when we called was told it was sold. the sales manager said it was available and that we could put down a 500 deposit if we want to have them hold it for us. They told both of us different things when we both messaged them about it. Fast forward to today, I went to look at the vehicle at Cable Dahmer Buick GMC today and the sticker on the windshield says it's a 2011 (WTH?!) when I brought this to the attention of the salesperson, he just ripped the sticker off the windshield and said \I don't know why that's on there\ weird! Then I noticed the entire roof and hood is covered in hail damage. When he started the engine it had a noticeable ticking sound.. the vehicle was advertised at 13,000 (if we finance through them) I agreed to do my financing through them and the first number they came back at me with was 17,480 (WHAT JUST HAPPENED?!) while trying to condense everything I have left some things out but they never got below 14,800 out the door. A vehicle with hail damage and according to my research on the internet the 3.6 liter is notorious for broken rocker arms. I felt like I was in the twilight zone through this whole process! If zero Stars was an option I would have chose zero out of five stars for this dealership. We will never shop for vehicles at any of the Cable Dahmer dealerships again.
We were treated with the consideration expected. We have every expectation of coming back. We love the care taken to keep our vehicle in the best condition. The free car wash and vacuum are the best. This our fourth vehicle from Cable Dahmer. Thank you! The Bakers
Marty Dahmer and his team went above and beyond for us after we were treated terribly at another dealership, not only did we get a better vehicle with more options we got a amazing warranty , I would give them fifty stars if I could , if you are shopping for a vehicle go to Cable Dahmer , 5 year warranty , and if they dont have the vehicle you want they will find it for you like they did for us, its being delivered this morning.
