Under new management. The staff are friendly and efficient. The post office now offers a range of new services including foreign exchange, passport applications are readily available and mobile phone contracts are also available in store.
Recently back on job seekers allowance. So have visited the last couple of weeks. Very nice staff. I was on job seekers allowance about 4 years ago for a few weeks and the staff seem happier and more welcoming now.
Much better since new Staff, was constantly over charged postage to send something to wales, same weighted package but was always more expensive when dealing with a particular member of staff... Good riddance I say
Some people have bad days, but here in cabinteely at the post office the staff is always nice. The other comments are more fake comments, they maybe had to wait a few minute and as an impatience individual this ends in frustration.. Very nice staff !
Under new management and much better for it I went into Cabinteely post office today to enquire about the new \Address Pal\ service which I had heard about. The staff memeber I was dealing with was extremely mannerly, helpful and efficient and gave me all the details on the new service. After enquiring about the service, I was shocked by the level of service in comparison to my last visit. The staff member explained it was under new management and you can definitely see this from the overall experience. They also offer foreign exchange, passport services, post office saving schemes as well as offering a range of mobile phones and plans. After this experience I would highly recommend this post office to anyone looking to get postal services done, as well as any of the above.
