I discovered a place and now my home of tender, juicy and great pork and beef steak in Cabatuan Isabela, which is 15 minutes drive only from my place Cauayan City... Did you know why I liked it? It was cooked by a chef, well trained and experienced. I remember eating like this back in Manila and I don't have to wait for a vacation there just to get one coz anytime I want to, I can. Not only that, I can bring along with me my family and friends and enjoy the super yummy steak of Chef’s Pantry by Chef Mark Anthony Apostol the owner/manager of the restaurant in the classy and snappy ambiance. Okay, I would like to share what my daughter's comment on what she ate. She seldom tells and appreciates food especially Chicken BBQ or inasal, so I was surprised when she said, I love this chicken (referring to chef’s chicken steak)! It's a ’s for us and will definitely go back. There are also finger foodstuffs. Pasta are the best too! Frappe? Coffee crumble is must-a-try one! Everything is a win-win! Guys, it’s just along the hi-way, traceable coz it's in a gasoline station (Caltex).
