I have always used cab my ride during my stay during Southampton. Even today when I travel to Southampton on business I still opt for cab my ride because of their good service and well maintained cabs and cabs readily available right on time. Been using for past 3 years. Amazing service, always on time and the drivers are extremely polite everytime I use them. The app is fantastic and when I ring up the person on the end of the phone is always very helpful.
Charged three times for a trip. More expensive than Uber. Coupon code on Facebook Ad didn't even work. Previous experience was poor too with long wait times. Really shoddy company, would not recommend. Edit: As you can tell from the sarcastic reply below what classes as customer service. For the record nothing was resolved via Live Chat.
Do not use this company, I booked my taxi in the morning but they didn't show up in the evening, I was waiting and waiting, and now I was late for work. Luckily soton taxi's came quickly and gave me a great service. I did phone and message CMR constantly to ask where my taxi is, I got no reply until 6 hours later. Apologising that they didn't know what happened, they then said tonight on us we will offer you a free taxi to get to work. I replied ok can you confirm this, then nothing again, no message. In my opinion they are a waste of time, they will let you down.
Better than Uber.. Quicker and cheaper..
