I've used this company a couple of times. 1st time I ordered an L322 alternator which arrived rolling around in a huge box with no packing. Most of the plastic was smashed off of the front of the alternator so that was no good. 2nd time I was actually in the area so I popped in. I don't know if it was an off day but nobody even acknowledged my presence for a good 5 mins when I was standing at the front desk. I needed a headlight assembly. I was told to go find one out the back off a vehicle. I went and had a look then walked round to my vehicle to get some tools. Someone shouted at me that I need to walk through the shop due to health and safety. H&S walking on a road but they are happy for me to climb over vehicles to get a headlight. I think I'm quite capable of a dynamic risk assessment for walking thanks.
