Owner was very rude towards us and very confrontational and unhelpful. He was great over the phone but once he saw us he seemed to change his tune. He lied about the damage on the car and we bought a car specialist with us who could tell from a mile away that there was body damage that was not repaired properly. It was a Blue ford custom transit van. Came across as very prejudice as his tone changed once he saw us. I welcome them to contact me and address this issue if this is not the case as the service we received was poor and made us feel uncomfortable. I hope that's not how they make all their ethnic customers feel.
After traveling for hours to look at a van I had been assured was in a very good condition with no scratches of marks on it. I found a vehicle that was covered with scratches, scrapes and even small dents. The only defense I got was that a vehicle of this age is bound to have a few marks on it. A complete waste of a day and 120 spent of train fares!
Would 100% recommend this company!! I have purchased many vehicles from this company over a period of many years, they are a very genuine & honest family business selling very clean & well maintained vehicles that come direct from major leasing companies, all of their vehicles have full service history & only genuine service parts are used, there was an occasion when a ford transit developed an issue which they corrected immediately with no fuss totally at their own expense even though the vehicle's warranty had expired by 2 months, nothing is too much trouble for them & it is obvious that they service all of their vehicles properly with no expense spared, I would recommend this company above any other as most people I know buy their vans from them.
