I arrived with a very old pocket watch which had seen better days including a broke front glass. Everyone was extremely helpful and I fully expected to have it returned in the condition I had taken it in, black, broken glass and not working. It wasn't particularly valuable but I wanted to get it fixed as a surprise for my husband as it had belonged to his grandfather and just lain in a draw for years and years. I was delighted on picking it up to find it working, new glass which is difficult to find as they are all plastic and shining bright. I'm delighted with the service and overall attention they have shown on this dilapidated little time piece, but it will mean the world to my husband when I give it to him. Thank you all.
