My special thanks to Herr Hammans, for great support when we are unsure of whom to contact for our application processing! he is so kind and always provided us quick feedback which helped us in getting the appointment quickly.

Saying something good about the speed and quality of work of this institution simply will not work. Within 5-6 weeks, people are waiting just for a meeting to apply, after another 5-6 weeks, be prepared for this hellish office to take at least 2 months of expectations and nerves. The reception staff does not know all the rules and nuances of a visa, in the end, who should I ask for help from? If without meeting it is impossible - nonsense. 1. Make an appointment after the expiration of the visa 2. Forget to call and send letters 3. Forget while disassembling documents 4. Expectation of 2 months Moreover, it does not matter if you are a student and do everything according to the law with a full set of documents or you are just a refugee from hot countries, it does not matter to them. It seems that this institution was created by those who are issued the same visas in large numbers
Rude and unhelpful people at the Reception. Took 3 early morning 4 am visits to get Anmeldung
Pathetic Government office i have ever visited. Makes me regret why i have came to this city.
I really want to thank Mr. Öztürk to his kind and great service. He was really nice and make the process really easy thank you so much
