I had an eye crisis, a PVD. It was quite scary but I rang the practice and they gave me an appointment immediately. The atmosphere in the practice is very calm and friendly. I was put at ease immediately and after a photo had been taken of my retina I was assured that the retina was intact, it was just the vitreous. A very friendly and calm doctor thoroughly examined the interior of my eyes and told me that everything was in order. I can recommend this practice for people who panic like I do but also for people who just require a routine examination.

My appointment was scheduled 8:30AM, but when i visited, i was informed that they don't find my apportionment in the system.

The eye doctor is ok enough but you should get a cash award for actually getting these people on the phone. It's probably easier to call Bundeskanzlerin Angela herself than Eckert Böblingen.
