We ate here around the time the patio was still available and it was a very nice lunch with my family. The seating was clean and super peaceful. The cashier was extremely nice and informative of my questions too didn’t bother them at all. The food does take a while (what restaurant doesn’t ) , but it was still hot and pretty good! The Kobe’s are a lot bigger so the portobello was recommended. Just wish they had more flavors for milkshakes and some whip cream lol.

West Hollywood has a variety of restaurants for burgers, some are average and some are good. By the Way Burger has the potential to be a very good choice for burgers. The menu has a variety of burgers, from regular to specialty burgers. I really recommend the Kobe beef Burger paired with onion rings, they are just delicious! They also have their house BBQ sauce that goes very well with the onion rings. I was very pleased with the way the staff handled our order. Our table ordered side dishes (fries & onion rings) and they were overly cooked (my fries looked like sweet potato fries), I brought it to their attention and they quickly replaced them. The place has a small setting with a few indoor tables and outside tables. You can also take your order to go in case the place is packed. The prices are about what you expect from the area. Give this new burger joint a try, you will not be disappointed.
Burgers are awesome with several styles to choose. Veggie options, salads as well. Dressings fresh made. Good portion size. Nice people helpful in accommodating tricky phone orders from the hospital across the street. Service can slow a bit during busy times as with most places. Popular sit down joint with surf beach theme. Been a couple times and consistent product. 4 star.
irst time here and Im impressed! Great Decor- clean and open/airy ambiance Indoor and Outdoor seating. Service was awesome. James was very nice and informative. Vegan IMPOSSIBLE Burger (lettuce wrap) was juicy and cooked perfectly well! Even after walking back to work (10 min) my food was still warm! On a diet (yes, again) so no fries right now. Loved the coleslaw. Easy on the mayo and the apple was a refreshing touch! Shakira was playing when I walked in. Nuff said. will Def. be back.
So I was out here again and I said to my wife \ let's get some By The Way Burger's again\ so we did and I must say the burger tasted way better. The dog pile was still good the price was still high but I understand it's vegan lol!! But overall it tasted way better this time so I'm updating my review and giving By The Way Burger's a 4 star!!! Thanks for the good food By The Way Burger's.......
