Bought off their Amazon store. Item received was in bad condition despite being sold as enewed\. Dents, scratches and dirt. Then after returning they claimed the item was in good condition and refused to refund my return delivery cost! Reading their other reviews you can tell this is quite typical for them and the strategy of avoiding paying for postage for returns is standard practice. There's better sellers out there, best to pay a little extra elsewhere and avoid them.

Ordered RAM from them. It was 3 weeks late. Had to contact them multiple times for them to ship it. I tried to refund it also. No response. Had to use amazon A-Z claim. Avoid this seller.

Upon notifying trading standards I've heard that they already investigate & monitor this company. This I think is sufficient review. I would stay away from them as it can end badly for them and shoppers.
