I have just received my Mini Christmas Gift Hamper from Buttercup Cakes, what an absolute delight it was to receive. First of all the 'Hamper was a stocking filler for my mother so I wanted to ensure it would be received for Christmas, it was. Upon ordering Linda intimated that orders would be dispatched w/c 07/12, I received mine on 08/12 and upon opening from the courier's cardboard box I was met with a beautiful ribbon wrapped box and upon opening this lovely box the contents were wrapped in tissue paper with a Christmas card also enclosed. The packaging and presentation were absolutely fabulous. I would have no hesitation whatsoever on recommending ButterCup Cakes to you. 10/10

Linda and her husband from Buttercup cakes were so lovely to deal with. Our wedding cake was absolutely stunning and tasted just as good, if not better then it looked (Which is saying something!) The detailing was perfect and we had so many compliments on it. Thank you so much for everything! Couldn't recommend enough! X
I have ordered many brownies for my colleagues as treats/leaving gifts (6 boxes at least) and for our 2nd sons birthday I ordered some for myself! HOLY MOLY!! The BEST brownies I have EVER had! I think Linda's salted caramel are the best ON THE PLANET! Communication was excellent and i will most certainly be getting all mine and my companies brownies from Linda. Side note, they were the first item to go from the buffet table - THANKFULLY i'd saved us one of each! x
We cannot recommend Buttercup Cakes highly enough. Both Linda and Ian are very friendly and amazing to work with. Linda made our wedding cake which was absolutely stunning and tasted wonderful and we had so many compliments on it. Our cake was beautifully decorated and the sugar flowers and their colours looked exactly like the real flowers in my bouquet. Thank you so much for making our beautiful wedding cake.
The cake that Linda made for our wedding absolutely blew us away when we walked into the room, it looked stunning and even better than we could have imagined. Linda herself was lovely when we had our consultation a few months previous. There are so many examples in her shop from rustic charm to glitz and glamour, which you can pick and choose or take inspiration from. We knew we wanted an elegant, timeless design with some key details that would make it stand out from the average white, 3-tier wedding cake but didn't really know what exactly we wanted. Linda was amazing in guiding us, accommodating our requests and offering recommendations to create a unique design for our wedding that matched our ideas. We also loved the flavours we got to try, settling on a different one for each tier. As for the finished product, as shown in the photos the detail was absolutely stunning, it was almost a shame to cut into it! We still have one if the iced peonies, which is indistinguishable from the real ones it is currently arranged next to. The cake also tasted amazing and, despite catering for nearly double the number of guests we had, it proved a real crowd pleaser with not a lot remaining at the end of the night apart from the few slices we'd kept aside, which were also polished off very quickly in the next couple of days. All in all, we couldn't have asked for more, such a lovely experience from start to finish and a perfect wedding cake.
