Delicious wee cafe serving drinks, cakes, tray bakes and light lunches. We had 4 sandwich meals with chips, soft drinks and then cakes & hot drinks to takeaway costing 61 altogether. The food was amazing, fresh and packed full. Would highly recommend in current climate with all the social distancing and cleaning protocols observed. And can't forget all the staff who where lovely and attentive. Will be back.

My first visit here and a very pleasant surprise. Nice and clean decor. Good sanitary conditions. Extremely nice staff. Great coffee and a wonderful display of cakes. Everything well priced. Won't be long till my next visit
Busy little place on the main street in Doune, popular for colourful lunches and generous slices of cake, if our visit is representative of normal trade. We felt comfortable with the pandemic precautions in place. Staff were polite, not unfriendly, and efficient under pressure. 25 minutes wait for a sandwich reflected the busyness of the lunch hour. While the cake slices were generous, our selected lunch dishes lacked creativity in size, appearance and flavor. Hence 3 stars, good job but nothing startling to compel a return visit.
Lovely, friendly cafe. Interior was pretty and clean also a very pleasant outdoor seating area. Sadly I was advised that none of their cakes were gluten free.
Great little cafe with some of the best traybakes (and a big selection of them) around, as well as packed sandwiches, even during lockdown takeaway-only times. It’s popular so can mean a wait for service. Takeaway could improve by using compostable cups instead of cheap ones but the coffee is decent.
