Living locally, I telephoned Busseys Attleborough to get a non ford car (Fiat) MOT'd. Receptionist had no idea whether this was possible, could not connect me to service reception but offered to phone me back. My impression was that a main dealer of any make of car should be professional enough to be able to answer such a basic question. My confidence of the business was already destroyed and I told them not to bother phoning back. I then booked my car into Duff Morgan in Norwich (Citroen/Peugeot dealers!) where I have always enjoyed very good service and sure enough they politely and professionally carried out the MOT.
