Another fantastic takeaway from Bushmead Fish Bar. The large cod was huge and fried without too much batter. Chips were just as they should be: golden brown & fluffy on the inside - a arge portion is really big & more than enough for two people, . I always phone my order through & it's ready for collection 15-20 mins later, which avoids the queueing & waiting about outside. The best fish & chips in Luton!

Changed my original review as they appear to have gone downhill. Today's large cod was tiny and very very greasy. Was not at all nice to eat. I questioned the size in the shop and was told it was a large. It wasn't! The chips were also not up to their normal standards. Last two times I have been left disappointed now. Shame. They used to be good.
Very friendly helpful staff and great fish and chips.
