Had a short notice and rang in to speak to the lovely Helen who went out of her way to make arrangements for my photo session at the Hub. Karen was then there on the day of the shoot to make sure the experience was seamless and easy. Thanks both. Now for points you need to know if going there: In terms of space, it was all I had always wanted. In terms of ease of access, it was spot on as I could park real close to move my equipment in and out of the venue. The environment was already fully Covid compliant and prepared for coming guests. Though the session did not start right on time, this was also accommodated with a reasonable fee with no complains and on a Saturday too! In case you got hungry and need a bit to eat or need some bits and bobs to buy, the Hub is situated right next to a Co-op, Post Office, Hair dresser and lots more. I just loved the experience and would definitely do it again and again and.... well you get the point.

Best Place ever for party hire or any functions! All facilities are great. Reasonable price and the staff are very nice and helpful especially the Manager Helen, she is totally awsome! Highly recommend and would definitely use again for future events! 5* and beyond
I have to write a review to express the outstanding service received from Helen at Bushmead Community Hub. I was trying to put together my daughters 10th birthday party which is always a challenge so close after Christmas. I contacted Helen (I’m almost ashamed to say!) repeatedly, with dates and times hoping the busy timetable would allow space for my booking. She was kind and patient when it could have been easy to become irritated with my indecisiveness. Finally a date was settled and I was assured of my booking via email. Helen advised that it may go into junk which it did. This saved potential aggravation so I was grateful for this advice. On the day Helen helped lay out chairs and tables for the gifts and party food. There was even a lovely welcome for my daughter displayed on the screen as she walked into the building. All areas of the building were clean and tidy especially the hall and kitchens which was were we distributed the hot food from. I also forgot milk for the teas and coffees but Helen swiftly sorted this out! At the party’s conclusion, as my family and I tidied up, Helen was kind enough to assist us and offered to dispose of our litter as there was room in the bins. I cannot thank Helen enough for her friendly, warm and attentive service. It made a good party even better!! I will be sure to use the community centre again.
