My mum has been in Heath House now for over 5 weeks and I am delighted at how the home is run.The staff are caring and friendly and they make sure my mum is happy and comfortable.Since being there she has joined in the activities and she's free to wander around the building while being watched and she's made friends.My mum has vascular dementia and nothing is too much for staff.The home manager is on the ball gets families involved in activities ie: fish and chip/quiz nights.Its a wonderful home and I happy knowing my mum is safe and secure.

My father, who suffers from vascular dementia, has been in Heath House for 3 years. The care he has received, and that we see other dementia patients receiving is wonderful. The carers are extraordinarily patient and respect each and every one of the people in the dementia unit. Recently my mother spent a week in Heath House for respite care, and so got a very personal view of how Heath House operates 24x7, and her stay confirmed that she made the right choice for my Dad.
A really safe, and proactive place for older people needing care.
