My daughters first year last year I went in to exchange the wrong size bought earlier that day..wouldn't exchange told to buy another as it wasn't their fault...this year my sons first year so ordered both online at the start of August had to pay 6.99 delivery after paying well over the odds-on most things especially those I could of paid less for more,5 for 1 t-shirt when I could buy 5 for 5 very similar. My daughter started today and I still have not received 1 of the items which was part of the order and couldn't get through to anyone and the email I messaged originally to follow up on the LONG delivery no longer accepting my emails?..Not happy with either experience.

It's a nice shop. It provides you with the uniform you want. K went there to buy some uniform for my brothers school. St Luke's primary school. The lady over the counter was very helpful.
I find it disgusting the amount of money schools make selling their own uniforms. There are many families who are struggling and have to spend 10 pounds on a simple shirt. But I don't blame the individual employees they are lovely people, I instead blame the capitalist system. Also they never have my size.
Very attentive staff who go out of their way to help and have the patience if saints.
