My partner & I just had the festive chicken brioche with wedges... light, sweet toasted brioche bun... freshly cooked juicy chicken... zingy sauce & just the right amount of wedges that you don’t feel overwhelmed or over stuffed. Quick service by polite staff having to put up with the less than amazing young buskers outside. Well done & I recommend this place!!

The chicken mozzarella panini tasted horrible. It wasn't even toasted properly as a panini should be. Mediocre service! A huge difference between the Canadian Tim Hortons and the UK one. In the Canadian Tim Hortons, what you see is what you get!

Upon arrival, there were three staff behind the counter, yet it took 10 minutes for one of them to come and take my order, and then left the lady behind waiting an extra five minutes. Despite advertising their “stringent cleaning procedures”, tables are not wiped down between customers and in the half an hour I was at the Cafe, not one staff member came out onto the floor to disinfect or clean any table that people had been sat at. The food was cold and they got my order wrong, despite everything being “freshly-made”. Wouldn’t recommended if you’re trying to enjoy a meal however for a quick bite you might be alright!

The place was clean and tidy with a reasonable amount of stock. Despite being very quiet took a good while to get a few drinks and some doughnuts. Doughnuts were too sweet for me but very popular with my kids. Coffee was very weak and watery despite coming from a proper coffee machine. Not overly cheap. I would think twice about going again.

Coffee is of average taste, staff are very pleasant and the place looks lovely with high tables, low sofas and downlights.
