Bury St Edmunds Volkswagen (Volkswagen Passenger Cars)

Very happy with my new Golf courtesy of Bury VW. The car is fantastic and the service from Simon and Grace in ensuring my car was good value and promptly delivered to my house was awesome. Great customer service, thank you very much!

Fantastic dealership! The staff are always helpful and extremely polite. I was served by Michael, who made the process of viewing, test driving and buying my polo simple. Michael was patient, helpful and even found my ideal car ! I am very grateful for the car cleaning kit, it was very much appreciated! Due to my age (late teenager), I was not taken seriously in other car dealerships in Bury St Edmunds, but was treated with the upmost respect at Bury St Edmunds Volkswagen. I was nervous at the start as I had never bought a car from a dealership before but I was reassured by the fantastic service. If you are ever looking for a car this is the best place to go! I will most definitely be buying another car from here again.
