Was recommended by LG. Booked an apptmt to have a crack on my TV screen checked (to determine if it could have been caused by an impact). Was told they'd need to take it in to open up and check. Took it at the end of Oct and did not bother to call me back at all for nearly 4 weeks. Yes, I understand this was during the 2nd lockdown but this was a bit too long. When I called up I was told they had checked it and they couldn't find anything that could have caused the crack and it had to have been an impact (which had not happened I had told them at the outset). Needn't have paid them 60 for this. Got LG involved who told me the service center needed to get in touch with them. Called up and talked to a lady (who turned out later to be a manager) who said that it was usually LG who needed to contact them but took the LG ticket number from me anyways and promised to look into it. Another week later there was no news, so I called up and the manager denied having agreed to look into it ! Finally asked for my TV to be returned and they returned it, with the screen working but fully cracked all over ! The screen was not working when it was sent in, but there was only a tiny crack in one corner. If it could be made to work, they could at-least have taken care not to crack it all over (and this was not just the earlier crack propagating) so that it could still be watched. On top of this, the stand was all scratched up. Looks like it was handled roughly (hence the scratches and fully cracked screen). To be fair, they gave me a quote for screen replacement that was much lower than what LG themselves quoted. 1star for that. Not sure how that would have turned out though, given how the TV entrusted to them for investigation/repair seems to have been handled.

They Phoned to cancel my first appointment on a Friday didn't mind they rearranged it for the Monday. I've taken the day of work only to get a phone call telling me they can't pick my TV up and they don't know when they will be able to do so. No clarity from them or customer service just don't care absolute terrible experience.

Struggling to get though on phone and screen has to go back for repair, hopefully will get sorted asap, LG held them up with parts.

Very friendly, but I was misinformed that they did hi fi repairs, but they only do TV, and related. But put me into a good technician, who sorted my Hi End DAC. So, all good, in the end!
