I visited the store in Nov 2020 and was greeted by Ian and another lady (apologies I have forgotten your name) both were soo friendly and professional throughout and were full of knowledge to help me find the perfect chair! The chair itself is of great quality and supports my back perfectly as well as being very comfortable. It was simple to assemble at home and tools were provided in the pack I had or there was the option to take one away fully assembled. There is plenty of choice to suit different budgets and chair types would highly recommend as lots to choose from and try out. Ian also kindly carried the box to the car for us as well which just added to the overall service. Also visiting in Covid times both colleagues wore face coverings kept their distance and made sure themselves and us sanitized our hands- excellent all round service from a Covid safety and customer service perspective. Thank you both again for great customer service!

If you want an office chair come here. I bought one last year and came back for another. Unlike online tat you can see and try what you want and they actually make many of them themselves to your spec. Well worth it. No more wasting time....
