Mark arrived at the agreed time, identified the parts required and ordered them for us and arrived 2 days later to fit them. Brilliant service, would definitely recommend.
I contacted MWG about a dishwasher fault, Mark came back to me quickly and fitted us in. Mark arrived at the time he said and was very professional and knowledgeable. In this time with social distancing he was respectful and took all precautions before entering and leaving our house. The dishwasher fault was minor and Mark clearly explained what had happened and how to resolve it and what to do to also stop it happening again. He even gave a follow-up call the same day to make sure the cycle had finished and no further problems. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a home appliance engineer and will be my first choice for any other appliance problems – Thanks Mark.
