Very happy to shop at Hughes either on line or in shop when allowed. Interestingly when shopping on line you can talk face to face with a shop assistant, I found this was far more progressive than doing a chat. I have found that Hughes are far more personal to deal with, when buying a product or asking for a repair. Highly recommended, and I wouldn't shop elsewhere.

Friendly and helpful staff. I was attended by Chloe who was excellent and very knowledgeable in helping me choose a fridge as well as a washer/dryer. She went above and beyond to find the best solution for me. Will certainly be returning for any future needs as you can't beat good in-person service. People buy from people!
Really great service. Chatted over store availability over the phone with me and let me know the seocs of the fridge freezer they had for collection. Great help and price. Saved my Xmas supplies for a dead freezer. Top stuff.
Very disappointed. Been using Hughes for 20 years. This is the first time I used the Bury St Edmunds branch. From start to finish they had no clue.
What fantastic service this company has provided to my elderly disabled mother in the time, patience and expertise of choosing a replacement fridge/freezer. I live a long way away so we couldn't access the store, but they went out of their way to find an appliance to suit her needs, communicated to both of us efficiently and followed up with excellent, friendly and helpful delivery. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Definitely more than 5 stars from me.
