Highly recommended. Went here to set up my first tropical aquarium. Dan was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Good to be reassured I'm doing it right by someone who knows. Absolutely brilliant service

A great place with knowledgeable, kind employees who explained which fish I should have and made sure I had the right equipment for them, as well as giving their business card to contact them if I had any problems. My fish are so happy and they looked just as happy in their tanks when I got them from this shop. Overall a great trip out!

Sam, Dan and Andy went out of their way to help with my new Rio 350. Fantastic service and expert advice. Will not be going anywhere else to stock the aquarium...knowledgeable, trustworthy and would recommend without hesitation

This Is the first aquatic store I've been to that actually knows what they are talking about . Very helpful.

Earlier this year Dan did a major refurb of our pond. A few weeks ago he returned to adjust the plumbing. Both visits involved standing in the pond in his waders. On another occasion I too climbed in to place a heavy pot of lilies. About this time the pond developed a leak, losing a couple of inches a day. Dan returned and found no fault with the plumbing, suggesting that the pond liner was punctured. He emptied the water into a large reservoir he had brought with him. He found the puncture, and against my expectations, produced a puncture repair kit. Happily all is now working well with no leakage. Presumably one or other of us had punctured the liner. He made no charge for this last visit and provided excellent support and advice throughout.
