Indoor running track, great for winter or late runs. Full basket ball court and good selection of workout machines.

This gym is clean and the staff is always polite! However, I believe the lifting room needs to be a lot bigger. It gets very crowded and I think the basketball court would be a better space for lifting. It would allow better social distance to accommodate covid guidance and would facilitate the fitness of a lot more of our warfighters who need to stay physically ready. Maybe do a survey to see how many people would rather lift than play basketball?

Love the indoor track. Perfect for cold rainy UK days. Great selection of weight lifting and cardio equipment, nice basketball and racket ball courts, and plenty of lockers. If you live near the south side of base, its is extremely convenient. Just wish the saunas were up and running.
