Great place as I'm a trustee
Great garden, had a good time for my granddaughters birthday, safe for children.
My wife's mother is a patron, so we got a parking ticket, for when we've picked her up from her lip reading classes. We also park the car there, when we need to pop into town for an hour. This year, after we had bought our yearly ticket, the wife's mother gets a letter saying that unless she is attending a class, we are not allowed to use the car park. She is now in her 80's, so doesn't attend as much as she used to. We don't park there when there's an event taking place, only! When it's not open. If they were going to ban people from using the parking, unless using the centre, why didn't you send out the letter, before we renewed, as it's been like this for years. We 've not been offered a refund, only the threat of being clamped, if we use it. We thought we were supporting the centre financially, but now it feels we were conned. Thanks!!!
