good location but expensive parking. proably ok for hotel overnight guests but 1-2 hours. on street and the rock car park is 1/2 the price. also alot of concrete pillars than other carparks so be careful

Only good thing about this car park is the location. It's next to the metro link what goes straight to Manchester and its Next to Bury Town center etc. Very sorry but I won't parking here again becouse...... 1. Very slippery floors when wet. (nearly fell) 2. Hard Hill starts when going in and out of the car park. 3. Homeless stay in there with chavs hanging around what we smelt weed from. 4. Lifts are very dirty and smelly so all them reasons made Me and partner felt uncomfortable in there.

Atif escorted me to the hotel next to the carpark. As it was the early hours of the morning, as i was on my own. Atif was very helpful member of staff, you dont see many of that these days :-)

Always space and it’s a clean place but the stair well is in need of a clean. Reasonable prices for the location. Given good impression of security
