Excellent service from the friendly security guard on the main entrance to all the nurses and doctors on the ward. arrived at ward 14 for a minor procedure and from beginning to end nothing more than the upmost professionalisation nurses made you feel at ease everything explained in detail. A fantastic job in these difficult times of covid 19 thank you all for your wonderful service

This is the worst hospital for your loved ones to be looked after at. If you want your family to be neglected take them to this hospital and this wasn't the first time it happened with us. My mother and grandma both were neglected at this hospital. She wasn't given water all night, incontinence support wasn't given for over 6 hours, we were lied to that she had ate her breakfast but when we spoke to our mum we found out that she wasn't even offered any breakfast. She was neglected very badly. They also lost my mums phone and other belonging. My mum was on ward 11A until she was put on ventilator. when she was put on ventilator, she was transfered to Salford royal. I am in contact with pals regarding the care my mother received at Fairfield hospital.
