Gymnastic club not attended. Had walk round field with dogs which was enjoyable. My only quip is that quite a lot of fencing needs replacing, if you have inquisitive dogs, you may loss them to the river!! Field quite wet, so if you dont mind your dogs getting dirty it's great for them to have good run

My boy goes here for gymnastics classes on a Saturday morning. It's always well organised with plenty of staff and modern equipment. The staff are always helpful and my lad really enjoys it. During the COVID restrictions they have put controls in place and organised drop off and pick up very well.

I've been to two adult gymnastics classes so far and I absolutely love it - the facilities are fantastic, the instructors have been friendly, encouraging and I feel like I'm making progress already thanks to their tips. Everyone I've met there has been nice, they seem very happy to help where they can. If you're considering trying gymnastics for the first time, please please please give it a go for at least 2 sessions, it's a lot more doable than you think!

The facilities and gymnastics equipment are good, but I feel the reception staff need improvement. A sign on reception said; \gloves and loops 12.50\ and the sets were clearly visible to the side of the counter. I asked to purchase a set for one of my gymnasts and was told abruptly that goods were for members only. You know, i would have paid 100 for those gloves and loops to make it a special day and instead we were made to feel invisible. Being a lottery funded site, I think a more inclusive attitude to the sport would have been appropriate.

Totally unsympathetic and unhelpful management - generally unprofessional in communication. Very bad customer service. After nearly two years I was unhappy with lack of direction in classes for my 5 year old son. I wrote to register my feelings, just received a stonewalling intransigent response. My son had missed a few weeks (3 or 4) he was bored, but he wanted to go back again to try this morning. I was told by the manager that I’d have to pay for another season of lessons (more than 80!!) I said I’d like to see if the classes had improved. Not if your not paying you can’t she said. So she got one of her helpers to take my son out of the class. I had paid for nearly two years of classes. My son was very disappointed - like I say they have no cent of customer service.
